Welcome to Divido. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Divido platform, website, and services operated by Divido ("Divido," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Divido's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

Divido operates as a fractional real estate investment platform that allows users to:

• Purchase fractional ownership shares in real estate properties listed on our platform
• Participate in our referral program to earn rewards
• Track investments and earnings through your dashboard
• Access property information, reports, and investment analytics

3. Eligibility

To use Divido's services, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be a legal resident of Egypt or an eligible jurisdiction
• Have a valid national ID or passport
• Have a valid bank account in your name
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

5. Investment and Payments

5.1 Investment Minimum

The minimum investment amount is 25,000 EGP per property, unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Payment Terms

All payments must be made through approved payment methods. Funds typically take 3-5 business days to process.

5.3 Property Valuation

Property values are determined by independent third-party appraisers. Divido does not guarantee any increase in property value.

6. Referral Program

Our referral program allows you to earn rewards by inviting others to join Divido:

• You earn 1,000 EGP for each qualified referral who makes an investment
• Referrals must complete the investment process to qualify
• Monthly prize pool of 25,000 EGP is distributed among top referrers
• Divido reserves the right to modify program terms at any time
• Fraudulent referrals will be disqualified

7. Withdrawals and Cashouts

Withdrawal requests are processed according to the following terms:

• Withdrawals may be subject to a minimum holding period
• Processing time: 5-10 business days
• Verification may be required before processing
• Divido reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Divido platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Divido or its licensors and is protected by Egyptian and international intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for any illegal purpose
• Create false, misleading, or fraudulent accounts
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper operation of our platform
• Use automated means to access our services without permission
• Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Divido provides its platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• The accuracy or completeness of property valuations
• Future returns on investments
• The solvency of any property or developer

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divido shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Divido, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

14. Modification of Terms

Divido reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to mediation before pursuing other legal remedies.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
